General Detox and Daily Nutrition

In this world we live in we are constantly bombarded with unseen threats to our health and wellbeing, namely, toxins. Unfortunately, they are everywhere we are. Every breath we take, the water we drink, the food we eat and what we put on our skin. Amazingly though, every second our bodies are fighting to keep us well and free from disease, and it is up to us to help and not hinder this natural process of detoxification.

The immune system is the key to fighting every insult to the body, from a shaving nick to a deadly virus, so support it. Fiber removes, not only fat from the colon, but also unwanted heavy metals and toxins, so having a diet with sufficient fiber is important. However, if that isn’t possible, taking a fiber supplement is a good idea.

It is no longer enough just to eat what we consider to be a healthy diet, because nowadays so much of the food we buy has been grown in depleted soil, consequently it lacks much of the nutrients that it would normally contain. So it is more important than ever to include multivitamin and mineral supplements in your daily regime to keep your body strong and energetic.
